My Story

From personal struggle to
life's purpose

I know what it feels like to excel on the outside while feeling stuck, anxious or not enough on the inside. Years of overthinking, perfectionism and people-pleasing left me exhausted and disconnected.

My own healing journey changed everything. It showed me how powerful the mind is - and how compassionate the right support can be.
